SUMMARY

We are seeking a results-oriented and proactive Marketing Executive to support our business development efforts through direct sales, broker engagement, and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on generating new leads, increasing premium income, ensuring policy renewals, and strengthening the company’s brand presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market the company’s various insurance products to potential clients
• Liaise with Brokers to obtain information to aid in the generation of profitable businesses for the Organization
• Ensure the achievement of set targets on revenue generation and premium collection.
• Maintain a good relationship and always offer excellent service delivery to clients/Brokers.
• Proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, flagging relevant reports to managers, as needed
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly marketing reports on production, collection, renewal status.
• Perform other sales related duties as directed by the Line Manager or Chief Marketing Officer
Requirements: Skills / Abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, persuasive, and confident with the ability to close deals and follow through on commitments.
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities, especially in tracking renewals and collections.
• Basic understanding of insurance products and industry operations is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications
• BSc / HND in Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role
