Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Lagos (Full-time, Onsite)
Base Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 + performance incentive + Transportation & Data allowance

About the Job
We are seeking ambitious and driven Field Sales Executives with a passion for sales and a solid background in the FMCG sector—particularly in Modern Trade. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and enhancing brand visibility across assigned territories. Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 2 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry.
Solid understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
Understanding of Modern Trade process and dealing.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
