We’re Hiring: Operations Manager

Location: Lagos

Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦550,000 monthly

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and optimizing business processes? Our client, a leading player in [FMCG / Oil & Gas / Engineering Procurement Industry], is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to join their team.
 
What You’ll Do:

✔️ Oversee procurement projects from planning to completion
✔️ Develop & implement best sourcing practices for competitive pricing
✔️ Coordinate quoting, sourcing, and logistics for timely delivery
✔️ Implement quality control measures during procurement & engineering
✔️ Manage vendor relationships & track KPIs for operational efficiency
✔️ Lead process optimization and SOP improvements
✔️ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
 
What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5–8 years experience in managing cross-functional teams in FMCG, Oil & Gas, or Engineering Procurement
✅ Strong knowledge of local & international sourcing, vendor negotiation, and logistics
✅ Excellent communication & leadership skills
✅ Proficiency in creating reports, SOPs, and implementing best practices
✅ Advantage: Experience with Odoo or similar ERP tools
