POSITION :Key Account Manager (Lending/Microfinance Loans).

BENEFITS :
•150,000 monthly as long as you are not idle throughout the month without results at all

KEY ROLES/SCOPE OF WORK

• To meet in person or identify potential and reliable clients dealing in fast moving businesses to evaluate their credibility for loan disbursement of 500,000 to 1,000,000 and also ensure to monitor repayment comes in accordingly

•Familiar with KYC and due diligence as a major factor of confirmation before disbursement stage

• Scale up customer base growth while ensuring timely disbursement and repayment

• Facilitate swift disbursement to selected and qualified clients

• Manage and monitor the loan repayment collections

•Strong communication ,canvassing negotiation and interpersonal skills

•Experience with managing financial disbursements and repayment recoveries

•Ability to meet targets and manage customer retention effectively
