What You Will Be Doing

✓Oversee the formulation and production of decorative and industrial paints, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
✓Conduct accurate colour matching and blending to meet customer specifications and maintain product consistency.
✓Operate, monitor, and maintain paint mixing and production equipment to achieve optimal efficiency.
✓Implement quality control checks at every stage of the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards.
✓Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop new paint formulations and improve existing product performance.

The Ideal Candidate

✓HND minimum
✓Minimum of 2 years of experience
✓Proficient in paint formulation, production processes, and precise colour matching to meet customer's requirements
✓Strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards throughout the production cycle
