Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

A media house located in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking to hire an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead its marketing and sales operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Develop, implement, and manage overall marketing strategies to increase market share, brand visibility, and profitability.
• Define and propose strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers in targeted organizations.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and sponsors.
• Collaborate with programming and content teams to align marketing with audience interests.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI.

*Requirements:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in media, entertainment, or broadcasting).
• Proven leadership ability and experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven with campaign optimization experience.
• A strong network within advertising and media is an added advantage.
• Experience in content marketing and audience segmentation is desirable.
