Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
1) Develop warehouse operations systems by determining
product handling and storage requirements, utilization, inventory management,gate processes, and shipping.

2) Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor
productivity, shipping, and customer service.
3) Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize
efficiency and minimize overtime.
4) Ensure adherence to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
5) Optimize employee workflow and track warehouse KPIs
6) Communicate and
collaborate with other team members
7) Schedule and facilitate weekly meetings to discuss warehousing, process improvement, business strategies, and other topics.
8) Keep track of all logistics logs, checklists, and reports
on daily activities that are updated regularly.
9) Shall report any identified problems with regards to the food safety management system to the Food Safety Team members representing your
department for appropriate actions to maintain the integrity of the company’s FSMS
10) Any other
responsibilities as may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications& Requirements
• Minimum of HND or First Degree in Management Studies At
least 5 years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry (FMCG)
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Be able to work both independently and in a team
environment, completing objectives efficiently with a sense of responsibility.
