Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Job Location: Lagos - Opebi

Job Type: Hybrid

Salary Budget: N350,000

Job Description:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
3. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content, and paid ads).
4. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
5. Work closely with consultants, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
6. Mentor and guide junior marketing staff or interns.

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum of BSc or its equivalent.
* 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services.
* Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
* Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
