We are currently seeking a Service & Planning Delivery Specialist to join our team and support the execution of seamless service delivery operations.
Job Purpose:
The Service & Planning Delivery Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring quality service delivery in collaboration with Sales, Network Operations, NOC, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders. The role involves managing deployment activities, conducting risk assessments, ensuring adherence to standards, and meeting customer requirements in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate quality service delivery across all enterprise customers.
• Conducted and reviewed site surveys, installations, and acceptance test procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, NOC, and Field Engineers to develop HLD/LLD designs for customer projects.
• Ensure service deployment passes through proper Nursery Management before handover to Customer Experience.
• Monitor service delivery parameters against defined SLA metrics.
• Prepare reports, track timelines, and provide updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Identify root causes of service delivery issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support process improvement initiatives within Service Delivery.
Competency & Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Mikrotik, or CWNA (required); project management certifications (added advantage).
• 3–5+ years’ proven experience in Service Delivery/Planning within the Telecoms/ICT industry.
• Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microwave, Fibre Access, and IP Networks.
• Knowledge of Ubiquiti, Cambium, Aviat, and similar wireless technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
• Days: Monday to Friday.
• Mode of Work: On-site for the first 3 months, followed by a hybrid system.
