We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee two busy locations in Lagos.

Requirements:
•  Minimum 8 years in hospitality
•  Strong customer service skills
•  Basic accounting & cashier experience
•  Proven team management skills
•  Must reside on the island
•  Organized and proactive

Key duties:
•  Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to perform at their best
•  Manage and track inventory
•  Schedule staff shifts and work plans
•  Suggest promotions and menu improvements
•  Control costs and improve efficiency
•  Ensure top-quality service
•  Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

Salary: N250k to N350k depending on experience
