Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field—or equivalent practical experience; minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on UI/UX or product design experience with a solid portfolio to show
* Proven expertise in user-centered design—creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications; experience with responsive design, design systems, and accessibility best practices
