Job Role: Facility Manager
Location: Ibadan, Nigeria
Experience Level: Minimum of 5 Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities in Ibadan. The ideal candidate must be resident in Ibadan, and must have a strong background in facility management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of maintaining safe, efficient, and cost-effective environments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Technology, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in facility management
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
