About the Role

Alpha CX is looking for a tech-savvy, professional, and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience through various channels.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Use CRM and ticketing systems for support management
- Stay updated on tools, policies, and best practices

Mandatory Requirements

- Must be based in Nigeria
- Must own a working laptop with internet access
- Fluent English (Grade A accent) � clear, professional & easy to understand
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Background in remote customer service and technical support
- Quick to learn and adapt to new tools
