Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets .
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
• Drive customer engagement, upselling, and closing high-value deals.
