Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Financial Risk Advisors to join our growing team. As a Risk Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping clients understand their insurance needs and recommending the best coverage options across life and property insurance.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assess clients’ insurance needs through interviews and consultations.
• Provide expert advice on various insurance products and services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Keep up to date with insurance industry trends and products.

Qualification:
• B.SC / HND graduate of any discipline can apply
• Proven experience in insurance sales or financial advisory is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
