Position: Maintenance Officer.(Must be experienced in polythene industry)

Industry: Manufacturing (Polythene)
Location: Alimosho Axis. (Applicant should reside within this axis e.g. Abule Egba, Agege, Iyana Ipaja & environs)

Employment type: Full time (Onsite)

Qualification required: Bachelors/HND. Electrical-Electronics.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
Salary: Commensurate with experience

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Officer with technical expertise and proven experience in maintenance, facility management and similar role to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-notch standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day maintenance operations.

- Perform inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

- Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

- Manage and train a team of maintenance staff.

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.

- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
