The Beauty Prism is a luxury skincare retail store located in Lagos Island, offering premium skincare products from over 200 brands to help our customers achieve their ideal beauty and skin goals.

We are passionate about skincare and dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients, both online and in-store. To take our brand to the next level, we’re looking for a creative, sales-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our team!

📍 Location: Ikate, Lagos Island (Candidate must live in Ikate or nearby environs)
• Salary: ₦200,000 per month

🔑 Job Responsibilities
Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Snapchat, etc.).

Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos that educate, entertain, and convert followers into buyers.

Collaborate with the sales team to push special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns.

Track performance using insights & analytics, and adjust strategies for growth and ROI.

Build and maintain an active online community, engaging directly with customers and influencers.

Research and implement new trends, tools, and influencer partnerships to keep our brand ahead.

Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all platforms.

🎓 Job Qualifications
• B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in content creation & social media management (retail/beauty preferred).
• Must provide evidence of accounts previously managed and show performance metrics (growth, engagement, conversions).
•Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create content that sells.
•Skilled in basic photography, video editing, and social media design tools.
•Proficient with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
•Passion for skincare and beauty, with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
•Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

🕒 Working Hours
•Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
•Candiate must reside around Ikate and environs or live proximity to Ikate.
