*Factory Floor Manager*

📍 LOCATION:
*Oshodi, Lagos*

🚧 JOB DESCRIPTION

*To oversee and coordinate daily production activities in our busy workshop. A hands-on leader who can manage people, maintain quality, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.*

🛠️ RESPONSIBLITIES

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory floor operations.

- Ensure timely production while maintaining strict quality standards.

- Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials effectively.

- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized factory.

- Train, supervise, and evaluate factory staff for improved performance.

- Monitor production output, prepare reports, and advise management.

- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime.


📚 ACADEMIC & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing/production setting (woodwork, joinery, or furniture preferred).

- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Management, or related field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and machinery maintenance.

- Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

- Familiarity with health & safety standards.

- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of reporting tools and MS Office.

💸 SALARY RANGE
- N200k - 250k (net) / month
