We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Production Assistant to join a growing dairy business based in Mile 12/Ketu, Lagos.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who lives nearby and has at least 6 months of experience in food production, kitchen assistance, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily preparation and production of yogurt and parfaits
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Support in portioning, packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Keep track of inventory and report low stock levels

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a food production or kitchen-related role
Must reside in or very close to Mile 12 or Ketu, Lagos
Punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions carefully
Physically fit and comfortable standing for long hours
Knowledge of basic hygiene and food safety practices (certification is a plus)
