Job Summary:

IT and Operations Officer
Responsible for managing the end-to-end testing, compliance, and release processes for mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. This role ensures that applications meet platform policies (Google Play, Apple App Store, and Meta) and that issues are promptly identified and resolved through systematic testing and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

*Conduct thorough functional and usability testing on Android and iOS applications.
*Collaborate with development and product teams to manage and oversee app submissions to the Google Play Console and Apple App Store, including responding to review feedback and policy compliance issues.
*Handle Meta for Developers configurations
*Maintain detailed records of app versions, submission history, review feedback, and compliance status.
*Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure app updates are stable, compliant, and aligned with user expectations.
*Stay up to date with platform changes and update internal documentation and procedures accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:

*Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, particularly Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store).
*Knowledge in QA processes and performance testing is a plus
*Strong attention to detail, process-oriented, and documentation-focused.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
