1. Marketers
Field/relationship officers responsible for customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and promoting loan products.
Net Pay: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly (excluding commission/bonus).
Qualification: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Age Bracket: 25 – 35 years.
Gender: Open (both male and female encouraged).
Benefits: Transport allowance, performance bonus, HMO.
Job Description (JD): Acquire new customers, mobilize deposits, cross-sell financial products, and maintain client relationships.
KPI/Target: Monthly deposit mobilization target (₦20m+), loan referrals, client retention rate.

2. Deposit Mobilizers
Role overlaps with marketers but specifically targets mobilizing high-value deposits from individuals and corporates.
Net Pay: ₦150,000 – ₦220,000 monthly (plus commission).
Qualification: HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
Age Bracket: 25 – 35 years.
Gender: Open.
Location: Lagos

Job Description (JD): Grow the company’s deposit base, manage high-net-worth clients, source fixed deposits.
KPI/Target: Deposit mobilization of ₦50m+ monthly.

3. Accounting Officer
Account Officer to manage daily reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with CBN guidelines.
Net Pay: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly.
Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Accounting/Finance, ICAN/ACCA part-qualified an advantage.
Age Bracket: 28 – 45years.
Gender: Open.

Job Description (JD): Bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, expense monitoring, reporting to management, support audits.
KPI/Target: Timeliness and accuracy of reports, zero unresolved variances, compliance with audit standards

4. Risk Analyst
To assess credit, operational, and market risks associated with lending and investments.
Net Pay: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly.
Qualification: B.Sc. in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related; CFA, FRM, Risk Management certifications an advantage.
Age Bracket: 27 – 45 years.
Gender: Open.
Location: Lagos Head Office.

Job Description (JD): Risk assessment of loan portfolios, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, scenario modeling.
KPI/Target: Portfolio at risk (PAR < 5%), accuracy of risk forecasts, regulatory compliance score.

5. IT Support Officer
IT Support Staff to handle infrastructure, user support, and digital platforms (website, mobile app, POS).
Net Pay: ₦180,000 – ₦250,000 monthly.
Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, IT, Engineering; IT certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, etc.).
Age Bracket: 23 – 33 years.
Gender: Open.

Job Description (JD): Troubleshoot systems, support staff IT needs, manage servers and databases, ensure data security.
KPI/Target: 99% system uptime, average resolution time < 30 mins, zero data breaches.

6. Operations (Head of Operations)
To oversee back-office operations, transaction processing, compliance, and administration. This will be a Head of Operations role.
Net Pay: ₦400,000 – ₦600,000 monthly.
Qualification: B.Sc./MBA in Business, Finance, or related; operations background in banking/fintech required.
Age Bracket: 30 – 42 years.
Gender: Open.
Location: Lagos Head Office.
