IT Support Officer at IPT Powertech

Location: Lagos

Qualification:
•Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
•Professional certifications such as CompTIA At, Network•, IT IL, or Microsoft Certified are an added advantage.
•Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, system installations, and user support.
•Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices will be a plus.

Skills:
•Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
•Excellent knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common business applications.
•Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
•Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or equivalent).
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
•Strong customer service orientation.
