Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000 Monthly

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and organized HR Manager to handle all aspects of employee management and onboarding. The ideal candidate will support the company’s growth by ensuring smooth HR operations, staff engagement, and compliance with company policies. Experience in manufacturing or supermarket operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.

Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely salary processing.

Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.

Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues.

Support management in manpower planning and workforce development.

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Ensure a safe and positive workplace environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or supermarket sectors.

Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR processes.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
