Job Title: Solar Engineer

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in electrical engineering with hands-on experience in solar energy systems. This role involves designing, supervising, and optimizing electrical and solar projects to deliver efficient, safe, and reliable power solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, plan, and implement electrical and solar energy projects.
• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and load assessments.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts.
• Select appropriate materials and equipment for installations.
• Supervise installation teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Test, commission, and troubleshoot electrical and solar systems.
• Prepare project reports and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian electrical codes, health, and safety standards.

Requirements
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years post-graduation experience in electrical systems (solar experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of electrical design, power distribution, and renewable energy integration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design/simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
