Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Manager to lead and manage our commercial operations within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and strategic business development. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, delivering impactful presentations, and working cross-functionally to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across healthcare segments (e.g., hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, pharma, medical devices, etc.).
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing models.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share growth.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve client issues with a proactive and service-oriented approach.

Presentations & Communication:
• Deliver high-quality presentations and product/service demonstrations to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Commercial Strategy & Reporting:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine commercial strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a commercial/sales role within the healthcare or medical industry.
• Proven experience in B2B, B2C sales, contract negotiation, and client account management.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.

Preferred Skills:
• Understanding of healthcare processes and healthcare ecosystem.
• Experience working with hospitals, payers, or healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, local health authority regulations).
