About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and tech-forward Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong design skills and hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and strategy. You will take full ownership of our online presence across platforms, design visually compelling content, and leverage AI to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute impactful digital marketing and social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Design high-quality visuals, graphics, videos, and animations for social media, ads, and website use.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to create, enhance, and optimize content.
Write compelling captions, ad copy, and campaign messaging that align with the brand voice.
Monitor performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaigns.
Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, design, social media, and digital marketing.

Requirements
2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), and AI-powered design platforms.
Solid understanding of performance marketing metricsand analytics tools.
Exceptional storytelling and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email marketing tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
