Responsibilities
Manage daily inquiries
Assist customers, process orders, confirm payments, and track deliveries.
Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic attitude at all times.
Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution.
Keep customer records updated and manage after-sales follow-ups.
Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and monthly growth.
Ensure a continuous monthly growth of the Company’s Customer base.

Requirements

Female preferred, aged 21-26.
Must live in or around Ikeja (non-negotiable).
Any degree (pre/post-NYSC).
