Job Title: Retail Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in insurance space and be capable of sourcing and acquiring deposit clients.

Responsibilities:
. Source and acquire new deposit clients to meet and exceed monthly mobilization targets.
. Develop and implement effective strategies to build and maintain a stable and high-quality deposit portfolio.
. Provide financial advisory services and customized financial solutions based on individual client needs and risk profiles.
. Maintain accurate client records, conduct regular portfolio reviews, and take proactive steps to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
. Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities for deposit growth and product positioning.
. Build and maintain long-term relationships with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs), SMEs, and corporate clients to drive consistent deposit inflows.

Requirements:
. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in selling Insurance products.
. Proven ability to mobilize monthly.
. Ability to work independently, manage multiple client relationships.
